Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Sanor to mark golden wedding anniversary

Leroy and Maxine Sanor of 2107 Foxden Drive, Salem, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house reception on Oct. 6 at their home. The festivities will be hosted by their family, including three sons, James Sanor of Lisbon, David (Donna) Sanor and Daniel Sanor of Salem. They also have three granddaughters, Kasey, Emily and Ana of Lisbon.

The former Maxine McGhee and Mr. Sanor were married on Oct. 6, 1963, by the Rev. David Wolfgang at the Kensington Christian Church.

Mr. Sanor was president of Sandy & Beaver Insurance Company of Lisbon for 45 years. He enjoys golf, gardening and traveling.

Mrs. Sanor owned and operated Sanor Insurance Agency in Salem. She enjoys making wreaths, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. and Mrs. Sanor are members of Lisbon First United Methodist Church where Mrs. Sanor is a member of the board of trustees and chairman of the Fundraising Committee.
