Garloughs mark golden anniversary

Kenneth and June (Judy) Garlough of Leetonia were honored recently on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary at Das Dutch Haus in Columbiana with family. The dinner was hosted by the couple’s children, Lori (Fred) Rumsey, Scott (Sarah Traywick) Garlough, and Lisa (Daryn) Unkefer. Also joining in the celebration were the grandchildren, Fred (Carrie) Rumsey, Samantha (Todd) Hoebeke, Kaitlin and Jordan Rhoads, Daniel and Michael Garlough and Cameron Unkefer.

The former Judy McClish and Mr. Garlough were married on Jan. 10, 1964, at the Leetonia Presbyterian Church by the Rev. William Woodall.

Mr. Garlough retired from MPI Labels in Sebring and 38 years on the Leetonia Fire Department, with 21 years as fire chief.

Mrs. Garlough retired from the Village of Leetonia where she served as the fiscal officer for 21 years.

The Garloughs enjoyed a 15-day cruise to Hawaii.
