Olga Dimko feted for 90th birthday
SALEM–Olga Dimko was honored for her 90th birthday at a surprise party with family and friends at the Salem Elks Grill Room Feb. 17.
Mrs. Dimko was born Feb. 12, 1929, and graduated from Salem High School in 1946. She married the late Joseph Dimko in 1979.
Mrs. Dimko worked at GC Murphy’s as a cashier until the store closed, served as a volunteer at the Salem hospital and is a member of the Salem Senior Citizens. She loves travelling and playing cards.
She has two daughters, Chris Thomas and Linda Chamberlain; three grandchildren, Rich Thomas, Joe Chamberlain and Melissa Yost; and six great-grandchildren, Jacob, Annabelle, Kyle, Emma, Halle and Hattie.
