Jacklyn Kay Geist exchanges vows with Joshua David Jones

Jacklyn Kay Geist became the bride of Joshua David Jones on June 14 at Salem Church of Nazarene.

The bride is the daughter of Mark and Sandy Geist. The bridegroom is the son of Sam and Jeanne Jones.

Pastor Austin French officiated at the 3:30 p.m. ceremony.

The bride, escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, wore a one-sided strap gown of white satin with floral embroidery. She carried a cascading bouquet of blue and white hydrangeas with white roses.

Chrissy Geist of Salem, the bride’s sister, was the maid of honor in a gown of blue.

In matching gowns were bridesmaids, Laura Davis, Ashley Heverly, Sarah Jones and Courtney Stout.

The flower girl was the couple’s daughter, Madalyn Jones.

Sam Jones of Salem, the bridegroom’s brother, performed the duties of best man.

Groomsmen were Nolan Fast, Ben Heverly, Tyler Bass and Steve Bryte.

Ring bearers were Brady Hendricks, the bride’s nephew and Carlin Jones, the bridegroom’s nephew.

Approximately 200 guests attended the reception at the Salem Little Quaker Hall.

After a honeymoon trip to Key West, Fla., the couple resides in Salem.
