LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, Sherry L. Wright, 50, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, was fined $250 and sentenced to three days in school for reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

Elizabeth T. Ethridge, 57, South Madison Avenue, Salem, was fined $125 and credited with one day in jail already served for obstruction of official business and four counts of persistent disorderly conduct, three of which were amended from making false alarms, menacing and drug paraphernalia. Ethridge was additionally ordered not to call the Salem Police Department unless there is an emergency, reportedly after she called 911 three times within 90 minutes on Nov. 24, 2011, but refused to come to the door.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, a Feb. 21 preliminary hearing was set for Chad E. Brewer, 30, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence. Court documents allege Brewer on Jan. 1 punched Jasee Brown in the face, tried to suffocate her and struck her in the stomach while she was eight and a half months pregnant. Bond was set at $25,000 personal recognizance.

Samson Crowl, 28, Cherry Street, Salem, was fined $250 and sentenced to 19 days in jail for theft after he went into a Salem Dollar General and left with his pockets full of $61 in merchandise.

Leonard E. Carson, 52, Cleveland, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

A Feb. 28 pretrial was set for Joseph R. Bates, 20, Cameron Street, Winona, charged with OVI first offense, left of center and open container.

A March 25 pretrial was set for Kirk L. Poole, 43, Oakdale Avenue, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and failure to control.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, a Feb. 4 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Michelle Peuterbaugh, 39, state Route 9, Hanoverton, charged with drug abuse, drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a dangerous drug. Court documents allege Columbiana police reportedly found Oxycodone, Gabapentin and Promethazine Hydrochloride in her purse on Saturday when she was taken into custody on a warrant. Additionally, they reportedly found a red and white snorting straw.

A Feb. 7 preliminary hearing and pretrial were set for Hasper O. Leggette, 59, Niles, charged with receiving stolen property and a seat belt violation. The license plate on the vehicle he was allegedly driving was reported stolen from Beaver Township.

Alyssa Noelle Smith, 21, West Oregon Avenue, Sebring, was fined $805, had her license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 28 days in jail for OVI first offense, speeding and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Brian Seltzer, 23, Enon Valley, Pa., was fined $700, sentenced to 20 days in jail and had his license suspended for 180 days for OVI first offense and speeding.

Gregory S. Crosser, 51, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $375 and required 50 hours community service for driving under suspension, speeding, unauthorized plate, expired registration and open container.

Donald C. Logan Jr., 53, Parkview Drive, Columbiana, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

Roy Watson, state Route 7, New Waterford, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for getting into a confrontation and pushing around in front of witnesses his wife, who was pregnant in November.

Marcia J. Stone, 38, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct amended from theft for taking a pack of Duracell batteries from Rite Aid without paying.

Daniel R. DeSellem, 25, Green Street, Lisbon, was fined $50 for persistent disorderly conduct for yelling at a woman and a Lisbon patrolman.

A Jan. 31 pretrial was set for Michael A. Hamilton, 23, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with criminal trespassing after allegedly returning to a South Madison Avenue, Salem, residence on Saturday after police had told him not to be there again on Jan. 6.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Courtney Spellick, 31, Kirk Road, Columbiana, seat belt violation charge dismissed.

Ronald B. Dull, 83, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to failure to move left for public safety vehicle. Costs suspended since Dull was found indigent.

John Hooper, 37, Jefferson Street, Salineville, was fined $80 for no operator’s license and tail light.

Megan L. Corfee, 23, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, was fined $80, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for driving under child support suspension and speeding. She was also fined $50 for use of illegal plates.

Justin A. Davis, 25, Irondale, was fined $80 for no operator’s license and speeding.

Samantha Jo Howell, 19, Irondale, was fined $80, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and left of center.

A March 12 pretrial was set for Lance M. Williams, 32, Boyd Road, Wellsville, charged with OVI second offense, hit-skip and failure to control.

A March 11 pretrial was set for Crystal A. Kind, 21, West 16th Street, Salem, charged with failure to control.

A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Courtney L. Cook, 19, 14th Street, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense and failure to display valid sticker.

A Jan. 31 pretrial was set for Raymond D. Farnsworth, 48, Hazel Run Road, Salineville, charged with wildlife. Farnsworth reportedly used a 20-gauge shotgun to hunt deer on Jan. 5.

A Feb. 4 preliminary hearing was set for Christopher M. Hamrick, 29, Youngstown, charged with receiving stolen property.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday Boyd W. Johnson, 49, Signal Road, New Waterford, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on two counts of domestic violence after Judge Mark Frost found enough evidence existed to support further hearings. Bond was set at $75,000 cash or surety.

Johnson is accused of assaulting both his live-in girlfriend, Heidi Tomalka, and her 13-year-old daughter on Jan. 14, after he already has two previous convictions for domestic violence.

Sherrie L. Allen, 37, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Michael P. Woods, 56, New Castle, Pa., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

Nathan C. Boyd, 29, Warren, was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail for criminal damaging for kicking the back doors at Fernangle’s Tavern in Salem, damaging one of the doors and frame on Nov. 1. A reinstitution hearing was set for Jan. 31.

Candy L. Wiley, 34, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $100 and required 40 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and failure to control.

Lindsey Aaron Gross Jr., Fort Walton Beach, Fla., was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension, speeding and expired plates.

James Q. White, 36, Atwater, was fined $50 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.

A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Ashley A. Brooks, 23, Rose Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension.

A Feb. 26 pretrial was set for Jarred M. Knepper, 29, Benton Road, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension, failure to control and hit skip/leave scene.

A March 21 pretrial was set for Julene L. Day, 32, state Route 558, New Waterford, cited with a stop sign violation.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, Nathan D. Winn, 21, East Sixth Street, Salem, was fined $600, sentenced to 170 additional days in jail and ordered to pay $304 in restitution to Joe Lee for two counts receiving stolen property and two counts criminal trespassing. An additional restitution hearing was set for Feb. 14 to determine the amount owed to Brianna Alvarez. Court documents state Winn was breaking into vehicles in the area of East Fourth Street `and Hawley Avenue in Salem on Jan. 12. He was found by police with a wireless FM transmitter, a GPS and an iPod, items which were identified as belonging to Lee and Alvarez.

Thomas L. Cox Jr., 30, St. Jacob-Logtown Road, Lisbon, was fined $250, required 25 hours community service and sentenced to five days to serve of a 30-day sentence for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Cox reportedly became enraged with his father, broke down a door and assaulted his father causing injuries which needed treatment from an oral surgeon. A burglary charge was dismissed.

Todd Lewis, 35, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct amended from obstruction of official business for reportedly interfering with attempts by investigators to gather information about a fight on Walnut Street in Salem.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, John H. Barber, 51, April Road NE, Salineville, was fined $975, had his license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for a glass pipe.

Domingo Pedro Juan, 18, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $800, had his license suspended for 180 days and required 50 hours community service for obstruction of official business for fleeing police out a back door, drug paraphernalia for a pipe and two counts underage consumption.

Barbara E. Welch, 53, 15th Street, Wellsville, was fined $705, had her license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI, a seat belt violation, marked lanes and no license.

Tamara Kae Pittman, 31, Sycamore Street, Beloit, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Ross A. Poynter, 52, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail for two counts disorderly conduct for tying up emergency lines by dialing 911 nine times on Monday.

Timothy R. Smith, 23, Pidgeon Road, Salem, was fined $50, sentenced to two days in jail and ordered to pay $440 in restitution to Joseph Kornbau for criminal damaging. Court documents state Smith drove a truck into Kornbau’s field on Dec. 21.

A Feb. 19 pretrial was set for Travis E. Hickman, 29, Scott Drive, Alliance, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

A Feb. 19 pretrial was set for Jay A. Frantz, 23, Buck Road, Salem, charged with OVI first offense, a seat belt violation, drug paraphernalia for an alleged marijuana pipe and two counts of failure to control.

A Feb. 19 pretrial was set for Mitchell O. Lacey, 40, Bethesda Road, Hanoverton, cited with driving under suspension.

A Feb. 28 pretrial was set for Mandy R. Bower, 23, West Clark Street, East Palestine, charged with theft for allegedly taking from Joy Dunlap’s West Clark Street home a gold and diamond engagement ring, which Bower reportedly sold at Cashland for $50.

A March 4 pretrial was set for Amanda L. McNee, 33, Terra Verde Avenue, Columbiana, cited with speeding.

A March 4 pretrial was set for Joel E. Sofranko, 56, Worthington, cited with speeding.

A March 7 pretrial was set for Justin Mitchell Lamp, 34, Louisville, charged with OVI first offense and driving under suspension.

A March 7 pretrial was set for Duane I. Barnes, 42, East Third Street, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension and a headlights violation.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday, a March 4 pretrial was set for James O. Moats cited with prohibition against violations by the Columbiana County Board of Health. Court documents allege Moats, 75, U.S. Route 30, Kensington, was sent a notice of violating nuisance laws by open dumping and burning solid waste on his property. He was ordered in May to correct the issue within 30 days, but allegedly has failed to do so.

Joshua S. Essad, 27, West Eighth Street, Salem, was fined $80 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension, a stop sign violation and left of center.

A Feb. 19 pretrial was set for Jeffrey A. Mowrer, 55, U.S. Route 62, Salem, cited with speed.

A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Casey L. Reynolds, 33, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

A March 4 pretrial was set for Brandon J. Zepernick, 19, Buffalo Road, Kensington, cited with failure to control.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday Nathan E. Steer, 26, U.S. Route 62, Damascus, was fined $1,080 and required 40 hours community service and credited with seven days served in jail for obstruction of official business, assault, criminal damaging, driving under suspension and a seat belt violation. A second assault charge was dismissed.

Court documents claim Steer broke Stephanie Reed’s cellphone on June 24, gave Perry Township police a false name and Social Security number on Dec. 6 and choked Ashley Metzgar on Sept. 28.

Rebecca H. Stoffer, 36, West Fifth Street, Salem, was sentenced to 82 days in jail for misuse of credit cards for using Cheryl Eversole’s ATM/credit card in October.

Casey L. Folds, 20, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, required 25 hours community service and sentenced to one day in jail for theft for attempting to take an air soft gun and a bottle of finger nail polish from the Salem Walmart on Nov. 20.

Nicholas B. Stacey, 36, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and required 30 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

David J. Daniels III, 37, South Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $200 and credited for 28 days served in jail for two counts of domestic violence for harming his son and the boy’s mother on Dec. 21.

Robert A. Hiner, 22, Spruce Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 for persistent disorderly conduct amended from disorderly conduct for punching Raymond Hiner Jr. in the face and yelling at him on Dec. 29.

Kristina M. Radcliff, 33, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was ordered to remain on her medication, complete outpatient treatment and was credited with 68 days served in jail or in treatment for making false alarms. The remaining 112 days in jail were suspended. Additional charges of assault and two counts of making false alarms were dismissed.

Brian J. Harris, 39, Charleroi, Pa., was fined $100 for speeding.

A Feb. 11 pretrial was set for Megan Bochy, 34, Newton Falls, cited with failure to control.

A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Mitchel E. Porter, 53, Vienna, cited with speeding.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court a Jan. 17 pretrial was set for Chealsea A. Cope, 35, Silliman Street, New Waterford, charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument and two counts of drug paraphernalia.

According to court documents, while police were at Cope’s home on Dec. 26 to arrest Jason Cope on a warrant, they found a white powder, rolled papers for snorting, a spoon with burnt marks on the bottom and 15 syringes under the bed, including five which had been used. Previously, on Oct. 31 police also reportedly found a spoon with white residue when they were at her home. Bond was set at $5,000.

Cope has August 2012 convictions of possession of drug abuse instrument, OVI first offense, left of center, lighted lights required, driving under suspension, which will be reviewed on Thursday also.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court a Jan. 24 preliminary hearing was set for Megan S. Detchon, 23, Waddell Street, Leetonia, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety. Detchon is accused of borrowing her mother’s vehicle on Saturday to go to a store in town and not returning it for at least 48 hours.

A Jan. 24 preliminary hearing was set for Boyd W. Johnson, 49, Signal Road, New Waterford, charged with two counts domestic violence for allegedly harming his girlfriend and her 13-year-old daughter on Monday night. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety.

A Jan. 22 preliminary hearing was set for Brooks M. Cartwright, 31, last known address Garfield Avenue, Salem, charged with failure to verify his address as required as a Tier III sexual offender following a rape conviction in Oklahoma in 2002. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.

Peter J. Egan, 52, East State Street, Alliance, was fined $850, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense, open container and failure to yield the right of way. A possession of marijuana charge was dismissed.

Paul L. Talbott, 51, Osbourne Road, Salineville, was fined $775, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 23 days for OVI first offense, possession of marijuana and a lane violation.

Kristie Alaine Shaffer, 42, Enon Valley, Pa., was fined $705, had her license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense and a red light violation.

Cooper Blair Lewis, 23, Cedar Street, Lisbon, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days, required 50 hours community service and sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense.

James Choate, 20, Salem Alliance Road, Salem, was fined $100 and sentenced to 90 days in jail for resisting arrest. Court documents state Choate pulled away from deputies attempting to take him into custody on a warrant, continually kicked the back window of the patrol vehicle until he was hogtied and then began to violently slam his head onto the cage in the car.

Michael C. Vogan, 38, Girard, was fined $275 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension and a turn signal violation.

Joseph M. Albright, 35, Wooster, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from assault for harming Collin Chambers on Nov. 27, 2011.

Carl J. Harris, 48, Clarksmill Road, Salineville, was fined $50 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

A Feb. 12 pretrial was set for Nathan L. Oldaker, 31, Cedar Street, Salem, cited with failure to yield the right of way to a public safety vehicle.

A Feb. 14 court trial was scheduled for John A. Petrich, 42, South Market Street, East Palestine, charged with a possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a tail lights violation.

A March 11 pretrial was set for Daniel H. Neiswanger, 46, New Garden Road, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and a stop sign violation.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, a Jan. 24 preliminary hearing was set for Francis E. Shriver, 36, address listed as homeless, charged with breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety.

Court documents allege Shriver in the early morning hours on Monday broke into Lease Drug Store in Salem. He was reportedly in possession of a black backpack, a hammer, a screw driver and a pen with flashlight combination, which were found in the store next to a shattered window. He was taken into custody while still inside the store.

Michael J. Hagen, 35, Andrew Avenue, Salem, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 20 days in jail for physical control.

Corey D. Cope, 21, Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $550 and sentenced to three days in jail for furnishing false information, driving under suspension and speeding.

Scott Treleven, 30, East Seventh Street, Salem, was fined $280 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and a seat belt violation. A registration violation was dismissed.

George A. Burkey, 48, North Jefferson Street, Lisbon, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for two counts driving under suspension.

Jonathan R. Hochstettler, 23, LaGrange, Ind., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from commercial speed.

Charles A. Novick, 47, Hickory, Pa., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

Nicole M. Linger, 18, Spillway Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

William T. Lewis, 56, Hunters Camp Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for speeding.

Angel Miguel Martin, 33, South Broadway, Salem, was fined $100 for no license.

Ashley M. Hoperich, 25, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, was fined $80 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

A Jan. 17 pretrial was set for Douglas L. Smith, 40, Vine Street, Salem, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Court documents allege police were called to Smith’s home three times on Thursday due to domestic arguments between Smith and his girlfriend, even after Smith had agreed to stay at a friend’s apartment, but returned anyway.

A Jan. 22 pretrial was set for Nathan D. Winn, 21, East Sixth Street, Salem, charged with two counts each of criminal trespassing and receiving stolen property. Winn allegedly rummaged through two vehicles on Saturday and was found with a wireless FM transmitter, an Ipod and a GPS, belonging to the owners of the two vehicles.

A Feb. 25 pretrial was set for Cynthia A. Cornwell, 47, Hawkins Road, New Waterford, charged with domestic violence for allegedly slapping her 13-year-old son in the face.

A Feb. 28 pretrial was set for Frederick C. Hennan Sr., 53, North Elm Street, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence for injuries allegedly caused to his live-in girlfriend in November 2004. A bond hearing was set for the same date after he allegedly failed to comply with court orders from a disorderly conduct conviction from earlier in 2004.

A March 5 pretrial was set for Mervin Jones Jr., 46, East Main Street, Salineville, cited with driving under suspension, hit skip and driving on the left side of the road.

A March 12 pretrial was set for Robert E. Sillitoe Jr., 56, Warren, charged with OVI first offense.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Dipakkumar Patel, 46, U.S. Route 62, Salem, was fined $250 for selling alcohol at Barnett’s Drive Through to a 19-year-old man.

A March 4 pretrial was set for Chadwick Mercer, 19, Winona Road, Salem, cited with underage consumption after he allegedly bought a six-pack of beer at Barnett’s Drive Through on Dec. 27.

Stephen Lee Yeagley, 26, Glamorgan Street, Alliance, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and failure to control.

Paul Faulkner, 18, Hoopes Road, Salem, was fined $100 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.

A Jan. 15 pretrial was set for Kari Lynn Finch, 39, Oak Grove Road, Salineville, cited with a seat belt violation.

A Jan. 17 pretrial was set for Rebecca H. Stoffer, 36, last known address East Eighth Street, Salem, cited with misuse of credit cards.

March 4 pretrials were set for Susan C. Crean, 19, Benton Road, Salem, and Joshua R. Heacock, 20, Benton Road, Salem, cited with underage consumption after the two were found in a pickup parked in the area of Washington Street and Mound Avenue, Salem, at 4:58 a.m. celebrating her birthday with alcohol and other activity.

A March 11 pretrial was set for William H. Hutchins Jr., 23, Penn Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with OVI third offense, driving under suspension, furnishing false information and speeding.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Brandon Robert Stonestreet, 20, Coffee School Road, Salem, was fined $350 and required 40 hours community service for falsification for giving authorities his brother’s identity, underage consumption and open container.

Harold A. Hackney, Thomas Drive, Wellsville, was fined $150, sentenced to three days in jail and required 40 hours community service at an animal shelter or humane society. Hackney had pleaded no contest to three counts of cruelty to animals after two dogs were left inside a home on Highland Avenue, Wellsville, when he was unable to continue providing them regular food or water.

A Feb. 7 pretrial was set for Brandon S. Wynne, 31, West Taggart Street, East Palestine, cited with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated.

MUNICIPAL

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, Zachary F. Hein, 24, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, was fined $725, had his license suspended for 180 days, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense and failure to control.

Erik V. Burnworth, 23, Lisbon Street, Paris, was fined $450, had his license suspended for six months, sentenced to three days in jail and required 25 hours community service for parking on a highway and physical control amended from OVI first offense.

Adam L. Tyson, 29, West Tennessee, Sebring, was fined $300, sentenced to three days in jail and required 40 hours community service for driving under a 12-point suspension.

Brian S. Goodlin, 30, Lycia Avenue, Chester, W.Va., was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for falsification for using his brother’s information while riding as a passenger in a vehicle stopped by Wellsville police on Dec. 9.

LISBON In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday, Randy L. Newberry, 53, Morris Road, Lisbon, was fined $300, sentenced three days jail, had his driver’s license suspended 180 days and placed on one year basic probation for hit/skip and failure to control.

William E. Martin II, 33, Smithville, Wayne County, was fined $400, sentenced 43 days jail and placed on two years basic probation for driving under suspension and fictitious plates.

John F. Betz, 32, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $250, sentenced 13 days jail, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for aggravated trespass. Burglary charge dismissed.

Richard M. Titus, 42, Cortland, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle.

Marc R. Micco, 25, Carrollton, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle.

LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday, a Jan. 8 preliminary hearing and court trial was set for Derek M. Blair, 23, Oak Street, Salem. Blair is charged with a fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, for four grams of cocaine reportedly found during a search of his vehicle. Additionally, he is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of instruments to ingest or inhale a controlled substance and a seat belt violation.

Eric C. Travis, 30, Crestview Road, Leetonia, was fined $975, sentenced to 10 days in jail and had his license suspended for 270 days for failure to control, no helmet and OVI first offense amended from second offense.

Joshua Ryan Ayers, 22, Aliquippa, Pa., was fined $925, had his license suspended for 180 days, required 30 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense, speeding, drug paraphernalia and possession instruments to ingest or inhale a controlled substance. A seat belt citation was dismissed.

Jewel Reed, 25, Scott Mill Road, Rogers, was fined $550 and credited with three days in jail served for resisting arrest, violating a protection order and persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence.

Jason E. Cope, 37, Silliman Street, New Waterford, was fined $300, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to 52 remaining days in jail for two counts of domestic violence to injuries to his wife and step-daughter. He additionally had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana. A Feb. 7 pretrial was set for Cope for eight counts of passing bad checks.

Albert E. Miller Jr., 29, East Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $250 and credited with 20 days served for assault for kicking a door in causing it to strike Jackie Cruz, choking her and pushing her down the basement steps.

Teresa S. Cassinger, 35, East Fourth street, Salem, was fined $250 and credited with two days served for domestic violence for throwing a statue at her boyfriend striking him in the head.

Jason A. Snay, 37, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license amended from failure to reinstate a license.

Michelle M. Humans, 33, Struthers, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and a stop sign violation. A citation for failure to reinstate a license was dismissed.

James R. Pennington, 48, New Castle, Pa., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from assured clear distance.

Molly J. Phillips, 29, Detwiller Road, Canfield, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.

Wendy Marie Ellyson, 22, Glasgow Road, Salineville, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license amended from driving under FRA suspension.

Aaron W. Mitchell, 19, Woodland Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 30 days community service, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 180 days in jail for underage consumption. However, no jail time is to be served until after Mitchell is to attend a diversion program.

Edward C. Rogan Jr., 28, Springfield Road, New Springfield, was fined $100 for speeding.

A Jan. 7 pretrial was set for Aaron M. Pierson, 23, Academy Street, Salineville, charged with theft for allegedly shoplifting five remotes from Walmart in Salem valued at $225.

A Jan. 7 pretrial was set for Michele Hahn, 41, last known address East Sixth Street, Salem, charged with prohibitions concerning companion animals. According to court documents, Hahn is accused of leaving three cats and a turtle inside a home without food after they moved out.

A Jan. 8 pretrial was set for Joshua R. Smith, charged with aggravated menacing, obstruction of official business.

A Jan. 8 pretrial was set for Tiffany G. Walls, 32, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence and possession of drug abuse instruments. Court documents allege Walls smacked Bruce Conkle in the face with her hand and had a crack pipe in her bra.

A Jan. 8 pretrial was set for Jessica J. Middletown, 25, Pidgeon Road, Salem, charged with OVI first offense, driving without a valid license, driving with obstruction interference and a seat belt violation. An additional probable cause hearing was set for Jan. 8 for two previous underage consumption convictions.

Daniels III, 37, South Main Street, Columbiana, charged with two counts domestic violence for allegedly throwing his son around the residence attempting to smother him and grabbing his wife by the throat to choke her before telling her to get out or he would kill them.
