Monster Dash benefits Scholarship Foundation

The United Community Scholarship Foundation hosted its second annual Monster Dash Sunday at the United Local campus. Over 100 runners participated in the 5K obstacle race that benefits the scholarships the foundation awards to graduating United students each year. According to race committee Chairman Lucian Clewell, last year’s race helped the foundation increase its scholarship assistance to $15,000.
