Waxing eloquent about historical figures

Third-grade students at West Branch’s Damascus Elementary on Thursday hosted a wax museum in which they portrayed historical figures as part of their social studies curriculum. The students researched the subject, then gave an oral presentation in class before presenting the wax museum to family and friends. Each student shared information on their subject with visitors and had a QR (Quick Response) code reader that visitors could scan with a smart phone to access additional information online.
