State Route 11 to be restricted in Fairfield Township today
NEW PHILADELPHIA- State Route 11 will be restricted, beginning today, for two days during bridge beam removal as part of the $1.13 million project to replace the state Route 558 bridge deck located above the roadway just east of state Route 164 in Fairfield Township.
ODOT’s contractor, A P O’horo Company of Youngstown will be utilizing the state highway patrol to slow traffic between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. during this operation.
State Route 558 was closed to traffic June 2 for 80 days. Traffic is being detoured south on state Route 164 to state Route 517 east back to state Route 558, and reverse.
The completion date for the entire project is September 2014.
