Great turnout for car cruise at Copeland Oaks

Copeland Oaks held its second annual car cruise conducted by the Arby’s Cruisin’ Crew in Sebring on Sunday. Residents on the campus-like facility viewed street rods, custom cars, motorcycles and classics through the afternoon while 50’s and 60’s music filled the air. About 70 cars were entered. Debbie Reho, director of marketing for Copeland Oaks, said 400 residents who reside in 140 villas at Copeland Oaks were treated to a picnic and the car show next to the five-acre lake behind the facility. Corvette-owner, Bud Householder and his wife, Penny, have resided at Copeland Oaks for seven years and, according to Bud, are proof you live at Copeland Oaks, have a Corvette and go anywhere.
