EAST LIVERPOOL – A month after creating a temporary lease with the Banner Supply Co., the Columbiana County Port Authority on Monday agreed to a lease with the company into the beginning of next year.
Banner Supply, which supplies roofing, siding, window, spouting, and heating and air conditioning materials, came to the area following needs for their services increased locally following storms this spring. The company also has locations in Youngstown, Warren, Cleveland and Greensburg, Pa.
The new lease agreement gives Banner Supply both 11,000 square feet of storage and warehouse space, along with 800 square feet of office space in the Louthan Facility on Harvey Avenue. The lease is $1,800 per month, plus up to $500 per month for water, gas and electrical expenses.
The new lease expires Jan. 31, 2015.
