LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Jason F. Naylor, 31, Lexington Avenue, Salem, was bound over to the grand jury on a domestic violence charge. Naylor is accused of slapping his girlfriend, Jessica Helman, who is seven months pregnant, in the face on July 12.

Joah T. Leffler, 33, Sherwood Road, Wellsville, was fined $955, had his license suspended for a year, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension and a seat belt violation. An improper or expired registration citation was dismissed.

Timothy Holden, 58, Walnut Street, Rogers, was fined $250 and credited with a day served in jail for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for assaulting his daughter, Chinia Ayers on Thursday.

Linda L. Laughlin, 40, North Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 30 hours community service for theft for shoplifting a $15 Tac Light Flashlight from the Family Dollar in Salem on July 18.

Khrystelle Pavlick, 22, Youngstown, was fined $250, credited with two days in jail and required 30 hours community service for theft for shoplifting $66 in merchandise from the Walmart in Salem on June 13.

Caroline Rhodes, 20, North Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Terence N. Hite, 22, Grant Street, Salem, was fined $250 and credited with a day in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for striking his uncle, Henry J. Mills, on Feb. 23.

Trina M. Jones, 18, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $150 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.

John J. Gadola III, 62, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Kaleb J. Farnsworth, 23, Garfield Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150, required 25 hours community service and had his license suspended for 180 days for driving under suspension, possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

Zechariah Barber, 41, Columbus, was fined $50 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Jacob S. Rupp, 22, Winston Street, Alliance, was fined $50 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Brittany A. Kucko, 25, U.S. Route 62, Beloit, was fined $50 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

An Aug. 28 pretrial was set for Brandon S. Marga, 23, East Eighth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly picking up his wife Tiffany M. Marga, carrying her around the house and throwing her to the floor several times, as well as rooting around in a drawer for a knife while holding her down on Monday.

An Aug. 29 pretrial was set for Brandi Jo Modrak, 37, South Linden Avenue, Alliance, cited with driving under suspension.

A Sept. 7 pretrial was set for Kevin L. Mutton, 39, Franklin Avenue, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and two lights displayed.

A Sept. 7 pretrial was set for Jeffrey D. Davis, 41, Columbiana-Waterford Road, Columbiana, cited with driving under suspension and failure to control.

A Sept. 7 pretrial was set for Ron William Worley, 21, Louisville, cited with OVI second offense, drug paraphernalia and no license.

A Sept. 12 pretrial was set for Lavonne C. Simpson, 56, Maple Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and traffic control devices.

An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for Richard D. Zumbar, 50, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with OVI first offense.

An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for Ryan S. Middleton, 43, Jackson Street, Minerva, cited with OVI first offense, left of center and a seat belt violation.

An Oct. 17 pretrial was set for Eric C. Graham, 36, Longs Church Road, East Liverpool, cited with driving under FRA suspension and speeding.

A driving under suspension citation against Cynthia A. Colagiovanni, 53, Fair Avenue, Salem, was dismissed.

Dawn M. Johnson, 45, Green Beaver Road, Salem, pleaded no contest to obstructing official business for running from police to avoid being identified and apprehended on an outstanding warrant on Sept. 23, 2016. A sentencing hearing was set for July 31.
