“39 Steps” on Lisbon stage

Stage Left Players of Lisbon will present “The 39 Steps” at 7 p.m. Oct. 20 and 27 and Nov. 3 and 2 p.m. Oct. 21 and 28 and Nov. 4. Patrick Barlow’s stage adaptation of John Buchan’s 1915 novel and Alfred Hitchcock’s 1935 film makes for a fast-paced whodunit.
