Lifeline CC to hold fundraiser

LEETONIA – Lifeline of Columbiana County Pregnancy Center will celebrate life during a fundraiser dinner for the non-profit organization at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 22 at St. Patrick’s Hall.

Ohio Right to Life President Mike Gonidakis is the featured speaker for the dinner, which will be prepared by the Leetonia Knights of Columbus. An Akron native, Gonidakis graduated from The Ohio State University and works as an attorney. He serves as a consultant to businesses regarding state government.

He practiced law in Columbus in the areas of national and state government affairs, health care law and administrative law. He has also served in a variety of capacities at the request of former Ohio Attorney General Jim Petro. He continues to have an active involvement in the non-profit sector, specifically working with Ohio Right to Life.

The cost of the dinner is $10 per person or $18 per couple. For reservations, call Judy at 330-853-9282 or Karen at 330-503-9781.

The mission of Lifeline is “to reach out to those in need by offering alternatives to abortion, healing for the victims of abortions and education of abstinence in a loving, caring manner,” a flyer for the dinner said.

St. Patrick’s Hall is located at 167 Main St., Leetonia.
