The opportunity to build new and maintain traditions continues to become more and more of a reality for the South Range Schools with the installation of the new stadium. This is all due to the support of the community. The South Range Stadium Project received another generous donation from the Greenford Ruritans for $5,000. “We so appreciate all the support that the Ruritans have given us. This donation will help us continue to purchase the items we need for the stadium,” said Stadium Project Chairperson Don DeChellis. “All the money that we raise throughout the year goes directly into our community. We are so glad to be able to make this donation to the South Range Schools and the stadium project,” said Greenford Ruritan President Jeff Guy. The Greenford Ruritans hold numerous fundraisers to support the community such as pancake breakfast, chicken dinners at the Canfield Fair, baskets for the needy and raffles.
