During the summer we have more opportunity to eat such as birthdays, weddings, graduations, picnics, vacations, anniversaries and family reunions. It is a busy time and the only antidote is to practice portion control and no seconds. Make good choices. Summer can be the hardest time. Be careful of the picnic bug, it can be infectious. Remember only you have control of what goes in your mouth. It’s in your ball field.”
