Lords and Ladyes of Tapestries

The Lords and Ladyes of Tapestries of Ohio will present a free concert at 7 p.m. today at the First Presbyterian Church, 436 E. Second St. They are an a cappella singing group that presents mostly medieval and renaissance music and have been in existence for 22 years. The music will be Christmas oriented. In addition to the singers, Tapestries performs in period costumes and uses instruments of the period. Shannon Mallory will play Christmas selections on the celtic harp.There will be refreshments following the performance. A free will offering will be taken to help defray costs. Anyone interested in joining Tapestries can arrange for an audition by contacting the group’s director, Anna Anderson, at 234-567-5207.
