Existing account holders may purchase licenses at www.columbianacountydoglicense.com using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit cards. Cost is $10 per dog, or $50 for a kennel license. Kennel licenses can only be purchased at the County Dog Pound. After Jan. 31, licenses can only be purchased at the Auditor’s Office and the Columbiana County Dog Pound.
