Great Trail Festival scheduled in Malvern August, September
The 37th annual Great Trail Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 25-26 and Sept. 1, 2 and 3 on its festival grounds on State Route 43, Malvern. This French and Indian-era recreation near the famous Great Indian Trail features artisans, craftspersons, music, buckskinners, fur trappers, blanket traders and a buffalo herd. Kettle-cooked foods will be available including ham and bean soup, Johnnycake, buffalo burgers, Indian fry bread, apple dumplings, popcorn, etc. Admission is $6 for adults and $4 for ages 10-18.
