The Salem Summer Concert Series will host the Salem Quaker City Band playing the program “Circus Days” at 7 p.m. Friday in the Orashan Memorial Civic Center at Waterworth Memorial Park. This band has won many local, state, and national honors during its existence and its excellence in performance continues under the baton of Conductor Robert Barnett. The band will also play on July 1 and 25. Admission is free. Tickets will be sold for a 50/50 drawing and prizes donated by local businesses. Bring lawn chairs and picnic foods if desired.
