Job fairs set at TruCut manufacturing facility
SEBRING — TruCut Inc. and AllStaff will hold job fairs at the TruCut manufacturing facility at 1145 Allied Dr. in Sebring, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on July 13 and 27.
TruCut was founded in 1968 by Richard E. Gano as the TruCut Die Corporation, a tool & die manufacturer, according to the company website.
As one of Ohio’s leading metal fabrication companies it is celebrating its 50th anniversary and remains in the Gano family.
But from a tool & die company it has evolved into a world-class provider of products and services for out-of-production service parts for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), white goods (large electrical goods used domestically such as refrigerators and washing machines, typically white in color) and outdoor power equipment for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
It operates from four facilities totaling more than 240,000 square feet in Sebring and Salem, and with decades of experience serving OEMs large and small,TruCut is uniquely qualified to provide customized programs for service-parts for older equipment.
TruCut helps OEM’s manage the life cycle of their products by supplying replacement components and assemblies for older and lower-volume products — which enhances overall OEM customer service and brand loyalty, the company said.
AllStaff, located at 27171 U.S. 62 in Beloit, has worked with clients since 1995 to provide innovative solutions to their staffing and recruiting challenges, and helps candidates find jobs that make the most of their skills, according to its website.
AllStaff has access to a variety of clerical, healthcare, call center and manufacturing jobs in Salem, Alliance, Youngstown, and throughout Northeastern Ohio and the company said, “We believe that by treating our employees well, we promote a better place to work and create happy employees.
“Our reputation as one of the best staffing and recruitment agencies in Northeastern Ohio helps us to attract and retain the best talent available.”
TruCut and AllStaff said they “are teaming to bring growing job opportunities to our community” and the job fairs will offer “on the spot interviews.”
