Santa at Maplewood Marketplace on Saturday

WASHINGTONVILLE — Santa Claus will be appearing at the Maplewood Marketplace, 925 West Main St., from noon until 3 p.m. Saturday. Guests are invited to bring a camera to get a picture of Santa with the children.

Hot chocolate and cookies will be available while people wait and there will be time take a look around the Maplewood Marketplace and view all merchandise inside which includes custom made, Amish-built furniture, colorful flower arrangements, unique handmade items and jewelry made from silver.

There are pies and cinnamon rolls, a variety of soy candles and wax melts, along with folded book art, homemade dog treats, the popular Snowman Village collection, Junk in the Trunk cheesecakes, and much more.

There are also homemade chocolates and candies and Ally’s Attic features framed heartfelt expressions and seasonal decor. Christmas trees are offered for sale outside.

With every purchase, guests will be given a raffle ticket that will be entered into a drawing for a holiday basket. The winner will be drawn Dec. 22.
