–CANFIELD –The Ursuline Center’s annual Valentine’s Day dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 14 at the Ursuline Center, 4280 Shields Road, Canfield. Entertainment will be provided by the Boardman Chorale and Singers under the direction of Linda Smrek. Guests will dine on appetizers of fruit, cheese and crackers, followed by beef tips marsala, mashed potatoes, green beans, penne pasta in red sauce, salad and rolls prepared by Broadstreet Diner. The Motherhouse chefs will create a mousse dessert served in chocolate cups. Tables will be adorned with additional chocolates. Beverages, including wine, round out the offerings.
