Copeland Oaks hosts its first Senior Prom for community

SEBRING–Copeland Oaks hosted its first ever Senior Prom on April 25. The dance was open to the public and was held in Copeland’s Murphy Auditorium.

This event, intended for senior adults 55 and older, was a success with over 60 people in attendance. Guests arrived in tuxedos and dresses ready to dance the night away. Music was provided by DJ Thomas John from iHeart Media and a photo booth was provided by PhotoGenix Booth LLC.

With the help of DJ Thomas John, a prom King and Queen were chosen. The 2019 Copeland Oaks Prom king was Dave Nieder and queen was Mary Lynn Savage.
