EL woman faces drug abuse charge

LISBON — Melissa K. Rodgers, 50, Bell School Road, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment for a permitting drug abuse charge. On Oct. 5, Rodgers allegedly allowed her address to be used for drug abuse offenses. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in March.
