LISBON – A 17-year-old Beaver Local School District boy was cited into Columbiana County Juvenile Court after he allegedly took a vehicle belonging to Ashley Barnard on Oct. 1. The offense would constitute a first-degree misdemeanor charge if committed by an adult.

A 13-year-old East Palestine boy was cited on three charges. According to court documents, the boy is accused of taking a car battery belonging to Bill’s Auto Repair on Nov. 24. Additionally, he is alleged to have both marijuana and a marijuana pipe in his possession on the same date.

A 17-year-old East Palestine boy was cited after he reportedly was found with possession of K2, a drug pipe, a clonidine pill and tobacco on Jan. 8, while he was on probation. Additionally, the boy reported tested positive for marijuana and admitted to using both marijuana and K2.

A 15-year-old Leetonia boy was cited for fighting with another student at the high school on Dec. 17.

A 15-year-old Southern Local boy was cited with engaging in turbulent behavior on Jan. 4.
