Pleads guilty to complicity to drug trafficking
LISBON – Harry Pough, 52, Youngstown, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to complicity to trafficking in drugs. He faces up to 18 months in prison, a $5,000 fine and a five-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for April 29. Court documents claim Pough assisted Christina May in the selling of 1.3 grams of crack cocaine in the vicinity of a child on March 19, 2011.
