Salem man charged with burglary
LISBON – Jeremiah J. Kennedy, 31, Rose Avenue, Salem, was served a secret indictment for charges of burglary, two counts receiving stolen property and two counts forgery. The indictment was issued by the Columbiana County grand jury in September.
Court documents allege Kennedy had checks belonging to Robin E. Kenst and Angel M. Gorby on April 26 and forged them. Additionally, he allegedly trespassed into Kenst’s home.
Jason M. Garland, 24, St. George Street, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment for a possession of drugs charge with a specification for $425 in his possession believed to have been used in the commission of a drug-related offense. Garland allegedly had heroin in his possession on May 23, 2012. The indictment was issued in December.
Jason L. McEldowney, 26, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment for alleged possession of heroin on April 7. The indictment was issued in January.
