Salem woman pleads guilty to arson
LISBON – Kathy J. Diantonio, 59, East Fourth Street, Salem, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to aggravated arson for setting fire to the living room of the Salem home she shared with her son on Oct. 12, 2012. Diantonio faces up to eight years in prison and a fine of $15,000. Sentencing is set for July 8.
Brandy Cottrill, 22, Ephram Street, East Liverpool, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and pleaded guilty to illegal use of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits. She was placed on five years intensive supervised probation.
