LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday Brittany A. Washburn, 25, Cuyahoga Falls, was fined $1,125, has her license suspended for a year and was sentenced to 90 days in jail for possession of drugs, failure to control and OVI second offense amended from third offense. Court documents state she had tablets containing acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate in her vehicle following a one-vehicle crash on state Route 164 in Wayne Township on Aug. 20, 2012.
Sarah J. Richardson, 26, U.S. Route 30, East Rochester, was fined $705, had her license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to 30 days in jail for OVI first offense and failure to control following a one-vehicle crash on U.S. Route 30 in West Township on May 29 with her 2-year-old child in the vehicle.
Stacy R. Mercer, 39, Georgetown Road, Salem, was fined $700, had her license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Brenda L. Lawson, 37, state Route 39, Wellsville, was fined $675, had her license suspended for six months, was sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense. An open container citation was dismissed.
Dale Lynne Iler, 46, Salem-Grange Road, Salem, was fined $675, had her license suspended for six months, was required 20 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.
Robert J. Masi, 20, Poland, was fined $400 and required 50 hours community service for underage consumption on Feb. 24.
Aaron A. Brierly, 23, Mt. Orab, was fined $330 and sentenced to three days in jail for driving under OVI suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.
Justin R. Cartwright, 29, Pampa, Texas, was fined $250 and credited with three days in jail for underage consumption.
Dale E. Dennison, 23, McCracken Road, Salem, was fined $250 for failure to reinstate his license.
Eric J. McMannis, 36, Weirton, W.Va., was fined $150, credited with nine days served in jail, had his license suspended for six months and required 30 hours community service for possession of marijuana.
Johannah L. Miner, 56, Ganders Flats Road, Lisbon, was fined $250 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Anthony Michael Hostetter, 20, Deerfield, was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Raymond B. McMillan, 21, Rosemont Road, Alliance, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and marked lanes.
Cora B. Jenkins, 28, Depot Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for continually yelling and attempting to walk away from deputies on Tuesday.
Tiffani N. Guappone, 18, state Route 45, Lisbon, and Andrew J. Hays, 18, Logtown Road, Lisbon, were each fined $100 for driving with a temporary permit without an eligible driver.
Brian Dickens, 24, Duquesne Street, Columbiana, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Brenda Marie Tomlin, 22, Mineral Ridge, was fined $100 for no license.
Jason W. McClure, 35, Big Prairie, was credited two days in jail for disorderly conduct while intoxicated. Court documents claim he was drinking at the Harvest Inn in Homeworth and could not provide anyone with a place he was staying, but was too intoxicated to leave.
A July 1 pretrial was set for Chad R. Raymond, 24, Stewart Road, Salem, charged with OVI refusal with a prior in 20 years, failure to reinstate his license and failure to control.
A July 9 pretrial was set for Krista M. Sluter, 21, North Elm Street, Columbiana, charged with falsification for allegedly accusing her ex boyfriend of domestic violence on Sunday, telling police he grabbed her by the throat and then later confessing she made the statement to try to get back at him.
A July 18 pretrial was set for Valentine U. Yoder, 42, Cambridge, charged with OVI first offense and parking on the highway.
A July 18 pretrial was set for Christine E. Cooper, 55, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, cited with obstructing official business for allegedly failing to cooperate with police serving her with an order allowing agents of Eagle Rental to remove a livingroom suit from her home on June 21.
A July 29 pretrial was set for Timothy R. Smith, 24, Pidgeon Road, Salem, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly lying to Salem police investigating a hit skip crash in which he was found to be a passenger.
A July 29 pretrial was set for Keith L. Grim, 58, Highland Avenue, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and failure to comply for allegedly driving his motorcycle while rapidly approaching a police officer directing traffic around an accident at the intersection of West State Street and Georgetown Road on June 22.
A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Daniel A. Grimes, 22, West State Street, Alliance, charged with driving under FRA suspension.
