Salem woman charged with theft, credit card misuse
LISBON – Charitey A. Riggs, 19, last known address, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was served a secret indictment for charges of theft and misuse of credit cards. According to court documents, Riggs had a wallet with Visa cards belonging to James Shearer in her possession on April 4 and used one of the credit cards to obtain services on April 5 without the owner’s permission. The secret indictment was issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in August.
Bryan J. Martin, 34, Alum Bank, Pa., was charged with trafficking in drugs for allegedly selling or offering to sell cocaine on March 27, 2012. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in July 2012.
