LISBON – An Oct. 24 preliminary hearing was set in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Alisa Ann Glagolis, 53, Beaver Falls, Pa., charged with receiving stolen property after she was allegedly found in Lisbon on Tuesday in a 10-foot box truck reported stolen by Budget Rental in New Brighton, Pa.,
Dirk Weston, 50, state Route 164, Lisbon, was fined $1,055, credited with one day in jail while sentenced to 29 additional and had his license suspended for one year for OVI second offense, driving under suspension and failure to control.
Louis F. Allen, 40, Rauch Road, East Palestine, was fined $725, had his license suspended for 180 days and ordered to a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and lane violations.
Courtney M. Orr, 22, Speidel Road, East Rochester, was fined $450 and credited with one day served in jail while sentenced to three additional days for resisting arrest, menacing and disorderly conduct for her actions on Aug. 12. According to court documents, she was using vulgar language, refusing to stay in her Sherman Street, Lisbon, apartment, threatening to kill a police officer, locking police outside and striking one officer in the chest while attempting to push away from him.
Jay D. Hackathorn, North Vine Street, Lisbon, was fined $250, sentenced to three days in jail and required 50 hours community service for theft for taking scrap metal and an antennae from JWB Supply without consent of the owner on July 22.
Jennifer N. Bettis, 27, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Robert L. Dornan, 51, Ash Street, Salem, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for open container and drug paraphernalia for marijuana.
Joseph R. Watson, 25, Millrock Road, Rogers, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing for allegedly returning to the Rocking Horse Saloon on Saturday after he was told to leave and not return following an earlier fight.
Steven M. O’Neil, 38, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from commercial speeding.
Stephen Clunk, 54, U.S. Route 62, Beloit, was fined $100 and credited with seven days served in jail for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for threatening to kill his wife while approaching her in a threatening manner on July 19.
Kathy Fox, 53, Cusick Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.
A domestic violence charge against Robert F. Cox, 44, West Woodland Avenue, Columbiana, was dismissed. Cox had been accused of striking his brother multiple times on July 18.
A Nov. 7 pretrial was set for Thomas A. Ripley, 19, North Howard Street, Salem, cited with underage consumption.
A Dec. 2 pretrial was set for Diego B. Gonzalez, 24, Middle Beaver, Rogers, charged with OVI first offense, driving under suspension, lane violations, seat belt violation, drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
A. Dec. 2 pretrial was set Jason Joseph Whalen, 20, Massillon, cited with expired license plate.
A Dec. 10 pretrial was set for Brianna L. Welther, 22, North Peach Street, Columbiana, cited with failure to reinstate a license and one way traffic.
A Dec. 10 pretrial was set for April D. House, 39, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.
A Nov. 25 pretrial was set for Cory J. Miller, 24, Carter Road, New Waterford, cited with public intoxication.
