Salem man pleads to stolen ring

LISBON – James L. Cecena, 29, North Lundy Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court last week to receiving stolen property. He faces up to 12 months in prison and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing was set for Dec. 12.

According to court documents, Cecena took a one carat diamond solitaire white gold ring to Cashland Financial Services in Salem and pawned it. The ring had been stolen from his friend, Ciera Rice, about the same date.
