– James C. Argabrite, 19, Oak Grove Road, Wellsville, was northbound on Depot Road in Butler Township at 6:35 a.m. Tuesday and went off the west side into a ditch and rolled over.

– George A. Taylor, 61, Steubenville-Pike, Hammondsville, was southbound on state Route 164 in Wayne Township at 5:46 p.m. Monday and struck Timothy J. Sullivan, 43, Painesville, Ohio, who was northbound and turning left. Sullivan was cited for right of way.

– Dennis Ray Barnett Jr., 37, James Road, Wellsville, was southeastbound on state Route 45 in Madison Township at 7:35 a.m. Monday and went off the left side into a bank of mailboxes and a yard. He was cited for failure to control.

– Edward T. Gorby, 39, state Route 170, Negley, was westbound on Carmel Achor Road in Middleton Township at 10:31 p.m. Saturday and his vehicle caught fire. He was not injured and no citations were issued.

– Firl C. Byers, 46, East Fourth Street, Salem, was northbound on state Route 9 in Hanover Township at 5:45 p.m. Saturday and slid on ice off the right side.

– Constance J. Brown, 60, North James Street, East Palestine, was northbound on state Route 165 in Unity Township at 7:23 p.m. Saturday and went off the left side into a guardrail and overturned.

– Justin T. Gaither, 32, Grafton Road, Leetonia, was southbound on Fairfield School Road in Fairfield Township at 11:51 p.m. Friday and went left of center into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control and OVI.

– Herve D. Adou, 44, Celestial Circle, Middletown, was northwestbound on Sprucevale Road in Rogers at 11:29 p.m. Wednesday and was struck by Joseph T. Hall, 20, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, who was northbound on state Route 7. Adou was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.

– Nanci J. Reed, 20, Dutchtown School Road, Rogers, was westbound on Middle Beaver Road in Elkrun Township at 11:15 a.m. Thursday and lost control and went off the right side into an embankment. She was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with serious injuries and cited for failure to control.

– Nathaniel L. Haynie, 31, Niles, was westbound on U.S. 30 in Center Township at 6 a.m. Saturday and went off the right side to avoid hitting a vehicle in front of him, went into a ditch and overturned against a fence. He was cited for failure to control.

– William J. McKee, 37, Seigler Road, Lisbon, was northbound on state Route 45 in Salem at 5 p.m. Saturday and slid on an ice covered bridge across the center line and struck the bridge wall and a guardrail.

– Eric T. Desarro, 24, West Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was southbound on state Route 45 in Salem at 5 p.m. Saturday and slid left of center into a bridge wall and a ditch.

– Susan A. Bosak, 20, Youngstown, was southbound on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 7:55 p.m. Saturday and went off the right side into a guardrail. She was cited for unsafe vehicle.

– Justin T. Dennison, 30, Longs Crossing Road, Leetonia, was southbound on Lisbon Road in Salem at 8:45 p.m. Thursday and his vehicle broke down and caught fire.

– Nicholas J. Bowen, 16, Eagleton Road, Lisbon, was southbound on state Route 45 in Salem at 5:28 p.m. Saturday and slid on ice across the center line into a bridge wall.

– John C. Hawthorne, 82, Logtown Road, Lisbon, and Herman A. Mchan, 75, Elmwood Drive West, Lisbon, were eastbound on Kelch Road in Center Township at 8:19 p.m. Saturday and Hawthorne slowed to stop for a stop sign and was struck by Mchan. Mchan was cited for assured clear distance.

– Kimberly L. Willard, 42, West Pershing Street, Salem, was northbound on state Route 9 in Butler Township at 12:44 a.m. Sunday and went left of center off the left side of the road and into a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.

– Clifford J. Price, 27, Lisbon Road, Salem, was southbound on Lisbon Road in Salem Township at 10:20 p.m. Saturday and went off the right side into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control.

– Ryan L. Parke, 28, South Cross Street, Columbiana, was westbound on state Route 344 in Salem at 10:45 p.m. Saturday and went left of center off the left side of the road into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control.

– Jessica M. Keenan, 24, Quay Road, Negley, was southbound on Mill Rock Road in Middleton Township at 10:30 a.m. Friday and went off the right side into a tree and fled. She was cited for failure to control and hit-skip.

– Justin M. Bishop, 28, state Route 7, New Waterford, was eastbound on state Route 344 in Salem Township at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday and hit a deer.

– Nathan C. Beers, 36, state Route 45, Lisbon, was westbound on state Route 172 in West Township at 9:20 a.m. Wednesday and Dale L. Lowmiller, 64, state Route 172, Minerva, struck him while traveling through the Valley Road intersection.

– Peter D. Rudolph, 64, Boardman, was southbound on state Route 9 in Butler Township at noon Wednesday and went off the right side into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control.

HIGHWAY PATROL

– Heather L. Sanor, 34, Sebring, reported she was traveling in an unknown direction on Homeworth Avenue in Knox Township at 6:30 a.m. Nov. 14 and was struck by a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction that did not stop.

– Natalyn Camille Chamberlain, 17, Sidehill Road, East Liverpool, and Michael Austin Lawrence, 19, Juanite Road, East Liverpool, were northbound on state Route 7 in Madison Township at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 13 and Lawrence started to slide and was struck by Chamberlain. No citations were issued.

HIGHWAY PATROL

– Joshua L. Hibbard, 34, Franklin Street, Hamilton, was northbound on state Route 164 in Salineville at 7 a.m. Sunday and went off the left side up an embankment and into a fallen tree and overturned and was ejected. He was taken by Stat MedEvac to Pittsburgh’s University Hospital Medical Center for serious injuries.

– Shane R. Hart, 20, Maple Hill Road, Salineville, was southbound on state Route 164 in Wayne Township at 1 p.m. Wednesday and went of the right side onto the berm, then re-entered the road and went left of center, over-corrected and slid off the right side into a ditch and overturned. He was taken to Salem Hospital with minor injuries and cited for occupant restraining devices.

– Dominic E. Florea, 18, Alliance, was northbound on Homeworth Road in Knox Township at 1:23 p.m. Sunday and went off the left side into a guardrail and culvert. He was cited for failure to control, OVI and seat belt and taken to Aultman Hospital with minor injuries.

– Rebecca K. Stonestreet, 43, Whinnery Road, Winona, was eastbound on Winona Road in Butler Township at 3:20 p.m. Saturday and hit a dog. The dog was not located at the scene.

– Holly L. Gorby, 32, Kibler Road, New Springfield, was southbound on state Route 170 in Middleton Township at 5:10 p.m. Nov. 12 and went off the right side into a tree. She was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with serious injuries.

– Benjamin Crane reported Nov. 12 a vehicle was southbound on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 8:45 p.m.and went off the left side into a mailbox and his yard and then continued on.

– Marcie L. Ammon, 41, Edwin Drive, East Liverpool and Nickolis J. Yanni, 17, Purinton Avenue, East Liverpool, were northbound on state Route 7 in St. Clair Township at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday and Ammon slowed due to weather conditions and was struck by Yanni, who was cited for assured clear distance.

– Brittany N. Riddle, 18, Lones Road, Lisbon, was northbound on state Route 7 in Madison Township at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday and lost control, slid off the left side into a guardrail, a fence and overturned. She was cited for failure to control.

– Michael J. Conner, 58, Hull Road, Salineville, was northbound on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 5:48 a.m. Wednesday and went off the right side into a ditch and overturned.

– Seth P. Talbott, 19, Harding Avenue, East Liverpool, was westbound on Simmons Street in St. Clair Township at 2:50 a.m. Friday and went off the right side into a utility pole and a house. He was cited for failure to control.

– Donivan Woods, 66, Wallace Avenue, East Palestine, was driving east on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday when he was hit by Brittainy Kelly, 22, Derr Avenue, Beloit, as she attempted to get back into the lane after passing him. Kelly was cited for going left of center.

– Donald R. Bailey, 40, Leslie Road, Lisbon, was driving north on state Route 7 in Madison Township at 6:50 p.m. Friday when he hit a deer.

– Merle E. Wasmire, Jr., 66, Rainbow Lane Circle, Beloit, was driving north on Valley Road in Butler Township at 10:40 a.m. Thursday when he was hit by Dianna L. Herbert, 57, Industrial Road, Leetonia, who was attempting to pull out of a private drive.

– Tracy J. Amato, 34, Sixteen School Road, Wellsville, was driving on Oakridge Road in Yellow Creek Township at 4:40 p.m. Thursday when she was hit by Cory Rose, 41, Steubenville Pike, Salineville, who was responding to an emergency on Oakridge for the Highlandtown Volunteer Fire Department, and went left of center as he turned from state Route 39. Rose was cited for going left of center.

– Marilyn G. Winters, 53, Riffle Road, Rogers, was driving west on state Route 558 in Salem Township at 7:23 a.m. Tuesday when she was hit by Robert Neiheisel, 58, Cherry Fork Road, Leetonia, who was salting the streets after snowfall, and crashed into Winters after sliding. Neiheisel was cited for failure to control.

– Nanette Bates, 59, Freeman Road, Lisbon, was driving east on state Route 30 in Center Township at 3:05 p.m. Thursday and was pulling into a driveway when she was rear-ended by John D. Huff, 36, Campbell. Huff was cited for assured clear distance.

– Jeffrey Coil, 50, state Route 45, Lisbon, was driving east on state Route 30 in Center Township at 7:00 p.m. Thursday when he hit a deer.

– Katie Faith, 22, Sue Road, Lisbon, was driving south on state Route 164 at 1:10 a.m. Monday when she drove off the road into a ditch and hit a tree, fleeing the scene afterwards. Upon investigation, two opened beer cans were found on the driver floor board. Faith arrived at the Lisbon post the following day and provided a statement. She admitted to having a beer with a friend in Rogers, but denied that the open cans belonged to her. Faith was cited for failure to control, seatbelt and open container.

– Mendy J. Smith, 46, West Pine Street, Lisbon, was driving north on Lisbon Road in Salem Township at 8:50 a.m. Tuesday when she swerved and drove off the road into a ditch after a vehicle driven by Christopher Wyss, 29, Anderson Street, Malvern, and owned by J and J Refuse, Dover, pulled out onto the road and crossed the center lines. Smith was treated at Salem Community Hospital for minor injuries. Wyss was cited for left of center.

– Brandy Haldiman, 27, Pioneer Road, Negley, was driving north on state Route 7 in Elkrun Township at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday when she lost control and overturned twice after driving off the road, which was ice and snow covered. Haldiman was cited for failure to control.

– Sheila Rich, 55, Louisville, was driving west on state Route 172 in West Township at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday when she lost control, drove off the ice and snow-covered road and struck two trees. Rich was cited for failure to control.

– Vicki Rockhold, 51, Lucille Lane, Lisbon, was driving north on state Route 558 in Salem Township at 6:50 a.m. Wednesday when she lost control and drove off the snow-covered road and hit a utility pole. Rockhold was cited for failure to control.

– Lindsay Combs, 24, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was driving west on state Route 172 in Center Township at 8 a.m. Tuesday when she lost control and drove off the ice and snow-covered road and hit a tree. She then drove through a fence before stopping in a field. Combs was cited for failure to control.

– Courtney Dickey, 35, Lisbon Road, Salem, was driving east on Metz Road in Unity Township at 3:50 a.m. Tuesday when she continued through a stop sign and drove off the road on state Route 14 into a ditch. Dickey was cited for failure to control.

– Jamar Axel Autumn, 29, Youngstown, was driving south on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 5:51 a.m. Wednesday when he drove too fast for conditions, lost control and hit a guardrail. Due to extreme road conditions, no citation was issued.

– Barbara K. Decort, 59, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was eastbound on East Liverpool Road in Madison Township at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday and went left of center into an embankment. She was cited for speeding.

– John R. Schroades, 38, Chester, W.Va., was northbound on state Route 11 in Madison Township at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday and went off the left side into a cement bridge barrier, then went off the left side into a guard rail and rolled over. He was cited for failure to control.

– Brian K. Clipse, 18, Mechanicstown Road, Hanoverton, and John R. Justice, 50, Richardson Avenue, Negley, were southbound on Mechanicstown Road in Hanover Township at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and Clipse went left of center and attempted to turn right and was struck by Justice. Both were found at fault and no citations were issued.

– Hannah E. Pasco, 18, North Liberty Street, East Palestine, and Nelson L. Freeze, 42, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, were westbound on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday and Freeze slowed for traffic and was struck by Pasco, who was then cited for assured clear distance.

– Tyler J. Barnes, 18, Longs Church Road, East Liverpool, was northbound on state Route 11 in Madison Township at 6:35 a.m. Wednesday and went off the left side into a guardrail. He was cited for failure to control.

– Dena M. Bolin, 30, Water Street, Salineville, was southbound on state Route 164 in Wayne Township at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday and another vehicle lost a rock from its trailer and it struck Bolin’s windshield.

– Diane L. Meister, 55, Third Street, Summitville, and Joseph K. Ullom, 51, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, were westbound on U.S. 30 in West Township at 6:25 a.m. Wednesday and Meister was struck by Ullom, who was then cited for assured clear distance. Meister was taken to Aultman Hospital with serious injuries.

– Krista E. Ridgeway, 17, Clinton Street, Hanoverton, was eastbound on Clinton Street in Hanover Township at 8:10 a.m. Wednesday and slid north onto state Route 9, then went off the right side of the road, re-entered the road and went left of center into a parked vehicle. She was cited for failure to control.

– Robin L. Dennison, 30, Hoopes Road, Salem, was northbound on state Route 164 in Center Township at 4:50 a.m. Wednesday and went off the right side into a utility pole. Dennison was cited for failure to control.

– Lori L. Leyman, 43, Niblick Road, Salineville, was northbound on Mechanicstown Road in Hanover Township at 7:26 a.m. Tuesday and went off the left side into a traffic sign and a field. She was cited for failure to control.

– Isaac W. Clink, 33, state Route 558, Leetonia, was eastbound on state Route 558 in Fairfield Township at 4:47 a.m. Tuesday and went off the left side into a ditch and a small tree stump. He was cited for failure to control.

– Kristina L. Briden, 27, Columbiana-Lisbon Road, Columbiana, was eastbound on U.S. 62 in Butler Township at 7:25 p.m. Monday and slowed for an animal in the road and was struck by Jessica K. Smallwood, 23, state Route 172, Lisbon. Smallwood was cited for assured clear distance. The women both told troopers the animal appeared to be a camel, but the camel was not found. Troopers spoke with a nearby property owner who owns camels but all of his camels were accounted for.

– Evan S. Stewart, 20, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was southbound on Fairfield School Road in Fairfield Township at 2:15 a.m. Sunday and hit a deer, went left of center into a ditch and overturned. She was cited for failure to control.

– Jeffrey D. Ramsey, 49, Paris, Ohio, was eastbound on U.S. 30 in Center Township at 10:55 p.m. Nov. 7 and hit a deer. He was cited for failure to control and OVI.

HIGHWAY PATROL

– Lynn Fabian, 58, Buffalo Road, Kensington, was westbound on state Route 172 in Center Township at 4:27 p.m. Monday and Debra Kelly, 58, Youngstown, was eastbound and went off the right side of the road, over-corrected, went left of center and collided with the Fabian vehicle. Kelly was cited for left of center and Fabian was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with minor injuries.

– Thomas R. Reed, 48, Alliance ,was northbound on Whinnery Road in Butler Township at 12:35 a.m. Sunday and went off the right side into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control.

– Casey J. Suter, 23, Buffalo Road, East Rochester, was eastbound on U.S. 30 in West Township at 1:14 a.m. Saturday and went off the left side into a sign, two utility poles, a fence, overturned and struck a house. He was taken to Aultman Hospital with serious injuries.

– Jolane R. Day, 60, state Route 558, New Waterford, was westbound on state Route 558 in Fairfield Township at 6:28 p.m. Friday and hit a deer.

– Kristina M. Seidler, 40, Homestead Drive, Columbiana, was northbound on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 6:37 p.m. Saturday and hit a deer.

– Sheila A. Galinis, 68, Massillon, was southbound on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 8:28 a.m. Friday and hit a deer.

– Daniel A. Law, 28, Bridgeport, Ohio, was northbound on state Route 7 in Elkrun Township at 8:45 p.m. Nov. 5 and hit a deer.

– James A. Schneider, 71, Stonehaven, Columbiana, was southbound on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 7:15 p.m. Nov. 5 and hit a deer.

– Joshua K. Mayfield, 19, Yellow Creek Church Road, Salineville, was northbound on state Route 7 in St. Clair Township at 12:25 p.m. Nov. 1 and struck Sharon L. Williams, 53, Alderlick Road, Wellsville, who was eastbound on East Liverpool Road and pulled from a stop sign. Williams was cited for failure to yield.

– Michael A. Douglas, 48, Beloit, was eastbound on U.S. 612 in Knox Township at 3:45 p.m. Nov. 5 and went off the right side to avoid hitting Rhonda E. Piccoli, 46, Middle Street, Homeworth, who was northbound on Homeworth Road and pulled from a stop sign. Piccoli was cited for failure to yield.

– Melissa A. Arthur, 51, James Road, Wellsville, was westbound on Osbourne Road in Madison Township at 6:25 a.m. Wednesday and swerved to avoid three deer and went off the left side into a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.

– Joyce E. Fife, 74, Beloit, and Jessica K. Russell, 22, state Route 164, Leetonia, were eastbound on U.S. 62 in Knox Township at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday and were stopped for a red light when Russell struck Fife from behind. Russell was cited for assured clear distance.

– Troopers are looking for the driver of a vehicle that was eastbound on Middleton Road in Fairfield Township at 6:45 p.m. Monday and went off the right side into a mailbox and a tree and continued on.

– Heather N. Mobley, 31, Akron, was eastbound on U.S. 30 in West Township at 1:54 a.m. Nov. 1 and went off the left side into an embankment. She was cited for failure to control.

– Patrick C. Reagan, 59, McKinnon Avenue, East Liverpool, was in the southbound turning lane to make a left turn into a private drive from Dresden Avenue in St. Clair Township at 8:30 a.m. Monday and was struck by Elizabeth A. McKinnon, 24, Orchard Grove, East Liverpool, who was northbound on Dresden Avenue, when he began to turn left. Reagan was cited for right of way when turning left.

HIGHWAY PATROL

– Mark A. Yarian, 56, Alliance, was eastbound on Georgetown Road in Knox Township at 12:15 p.m. Saturday and began experiencing low blood sugar and went off the right side into a ditch and a guardrail.

– Chelyn Rae Beckman, 27, Clarks Mill Road, Hammondsville, was westbound on Cameron Road in Madison Township at 10:46 p.m. Thursday and went off the right side into a ditch and overturned. She was cited for failure to control.

HIGHWAY PATROL

– Lilith R. Kunkel, 65, Oak Street, Salem, was cited for assured clear distance Oct. 25 after her westbound vehicle reportedly struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Peggy A. Weber, 41, West Fourth Street, Salem, who had stopped in traffic on U.S. Route 62. Kunkel was also transported to Salem Community Hospital by Smith EMS.

– While eastbound Friday on U.S. Route 30, a vehicle driven by Chad A. Vandergrift, 24, West Street, Minerva, reportedly failed to negotiate a curve, went off the right side, back onto the road, back off the right side, striking a ditch before overturning onto its side. Vandergrift reportedly told troopers he had swerved to miss a deer. He was extricated by firefighters from Center and Butler Township fire departments, according to reports. He was cited for failure to control.

– Stephen M. Houchins, 54, Lake Front Road, Beloit, was cited for OVI and failure to control Friday after his vehicle reportedly went left of center while southbound on Westville Lake Road, spun clockwise and slid off the right side, striking a ditch.

– Craig A. Conforti, 29, Beaver Falls, Pa., was cited Friday for assured clear distance after he reportedly tried to avoid striking the rear of a vehicle driven by Ricky D. Hickman, 55, state Route 172, Lisbon, but struck the side of Hickman’s vehicle. Both drivers were northbound on state Route 7 at the time and Hickman had slowed to turn left when Conforti went around his vehicle, according to reports. Columbiana Rescue was called for Hickman, who was not transported to a medical facility.

HIGHWAY PATROL

– A vehicle was westbound on Carmel Achor Road in Middleton Township at 3:58 p.m. Monday and struck Thomas F. Adams, 40, Carmel Achor Road, who was standing and had just turned around after getting mail from his mailbox. The vehicle continued on. Adams was taken to East Liverpool Hospital with minor injuries.
