Pa. man pleads guilty to possession of drugs in 2012
LISBON – In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Donald R. Reese, 34, Harmony, Pa., pleaded guilty to possesion of drugs for having cocaine on Feb. 22, 2012. He faces up to a year in prison, a $2,500 fine and a five-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for Jan. 16.
Linda L. Endrizzi, 51, State Line Road, Negley, pleaded guilty to four counts of OVI. She faces up to 10 years in prison, a $21,000 fine, a lifetime operator’s license suspension, a vehicle forfeiture and a mandatory attendance in an alcohol and drug addiction program. The charges involved OVIs on Sept. 27, 2012 and March 29, 2013. Sentencing is set for Jan. 17.
Steven B. Smarr, 38, East Georgia Avenue, Sebring, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a habitation. Smarr reportedly crashed his vehicle on Case Road on June 8, then went into the home of Bonnie Detchon and Christopher Fritz North Street, Beloit, when they and a child were inside the house. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000. Sentencing is set for Jan. 16.
Jason Dean, 39, Sleepy Hollow Road, Leetonia, pleaded guilty to theft for transmitting credit card data on March 26, 2013 from Valley Industrial Controls Inc., his former employer, to Square Inc., in order to defraud the company out of $986. Dean faces up to 18 months and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Jan. 16.
Debra Fuson, 54, West Wilson Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs with a forfeiture specification. She was granted intervention in lieu of conviction and placed on an intervention plan for three years. On Nov. 18, 2012, Fusion was in possession of approximately 50 grams of marijuana in a safe along with $8,970.
