W. Va. woman pleads guilty to cocaine possession

LISBON – Valerie A. Gilmer, 36, Newell, W.Va., pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to possession of drugs. Gilmer had cocaine in a glass crack pipe in her vehicle on May 22, 2012. She faces up to 12 months in prison, a five-year driver’s license suspension and a $2,500 fine when she is sentenced.
