Washingtonville man pleads guilty to burglary
LISBON – Adam L. Lodge, 22, Boston Street, Washingtonville, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to three counts of burglary. He faces up to nine years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines. Court documents state he trespassed into the home of Jerry Reed, state Route 558 Leetonia, on Nov. 4, Nov. 7 and Nov. 12, 2013. While in the home, Lodge took a .22-caliber revolver, a Mossberg shotgun and coins. Sentencing is set for May 15.
Lamar T. Coles, 22, College Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to burglary and was immediately sentenced to nine months in prison. Coles along with co-defendant Queysean Sallis ran into a home on 14th Street in Wellsville shortly after shots were fired in the area of 15th Street and Clark Avenue last July.
Paul K. Donavich, 57, no address listed, was sentenced to four years probation for possession of marijuana for having between 200 and 1,000 grams in his possession on May 15, 2012. Additionally, the prosecutor’s information Donavich pleaded to stated he had a large coin collection and $24,056 in cash, all proceeds of felony drug abuse. His license was suspended for 12 months.
Jason L. McEldowney 27, Ambrose Street, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating his intervention in lieu of conviction plan for a possession of drugs conviction. He was sentenced to six months in prison and had his license suspended for six months.
Joseph H. Blake, 22, Foulks Drive, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification. According to court documents he had cocaine and $119 on March 3, 2013. He faces up to a year in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for May 15.
Todd A. Kirtley, 30, Alice Street, East Palestine, pleaded guilty to theft from May 28, 2013. Kirtley took two laser transits valued at $3,935 from a construction trailer on Peace Valley Road on May 28, 2013. He faces up to a year in prison and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for May 15.
Ray T. McGowan, 31, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for heroin he had on July 26, 2012. He faces up to a year in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing was set for March 27.
Rameon J. Sumlin, 23, Penn Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drugs for cocaine on both Aug. 24 and Nov. 26 in 2012. He faces up to two years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing was set for May 1.
