LISBON – A 17-year-old Leetonia boy was cited into Columbiana County Juvenile Court for allegedly threatening to punch his teacher at the Columbiana County Opportunity Center on April 3. Additionally, the boy used profanity and refused to stop on the same date.
A 14-year-old East Liverpool child was cited for reportedly yelling, using profanities and refusing to stop while at the Columbiana County Opportunity Center on April 3.
A 16-year-old Salem girl was cited with violating her probation by not meeting with her probation officer on March 18 and April 8, staying out past curfew several times, continuing to associate with people she has been ordered not to be around and being truant from school on several days.
LISBON – A 15-year-old Salem resident attending the Columbiana County Opportunity School was cited in Columbiana County Juvenile Court for allegedly threatening to bring a gun to the school and harm fellow students on March 24.
A 13-year-old East Liverpool resident was cited in March with placing his hand on the thigh of a female child, down the front of her pants and unlawfully touching her. The incident is alleged to have occurred on Oct. 10, 2013.
A 17-year-old Beaver Local student was cited with being delinquent for allegedly getting suspended from school on April 1 and admitting to using marijuana on April 3.
A 15-year-old Wellsville student was cited with violating four terms of her probation on April 1 for allegedly leaving the house without permission and having several detentions at school due to her poor behavior.

A 14-year-old East Palestine boy, currently in the custody of the county Department of Job and Family Services, was cited with allegedly taking a cell phone from the purse of Terry Casto, a bus driver with the county Educational Services on March 5. The same boy was cited with using profanity toward staff at the Rogers Group Home, threatening to harm other residents, screaming and hitting the walls and struggling to pull away from a deputy attempting to place him in the police cruiser.
