Probation granted on drug charges
LISBON – The following occurred this week in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court:
– Allison F. Grossen, 27, Kelly Park Road, Leetonia, was sentenced to four years’ probation by Judge Scott Washam after she previously pleaded guilty to drug possession charges. Grossen was found with heroin hidden in a pack of cigarettes in Columbiana on May 13, 2013.
– Matthew K. Goatley, 23, of East Liverpool, was sentenced to probation by Judge Washam after found to have violated his treatment program on drug possession charges. He violated his the terms of his treatment program by, among other things, testing positive for cocaine and oxycondone and failing to pay court costs.
Goatley was originally placed in a treatment program after pleading guilty to possessing Adderall in September 2011 and cocaine in May 2010.
-Richard M. Tittle, 23, Harvey Avenue, East Liverpool, was sentenced to probation by Judge Washam after found to have violated the terms of his treatment program from a drug trafficking charges. Tittle was sentenced to a treatment program after found with five one-gallon bags containing a combined 4.8 pounds of marijuana in April 2012.
