LISBON – A 15-year-old resident of the Salem School District was cited into Columbiana County Juvenile Court for allegedly choking another person from Leetonia in Lisbon on May 22.
A 14-year-old Wellsville boy was cited with being disorderly for allegedly using insulting and abusive language toward Wellsville patrolman Shawn Bloor and principal Linda Rolley on Feb. 25.
Brittini and Wayne Duris of Wellsville were cited with allowing two children to become unruly, for allegedly allowing them to miss 17 and a half days and 21 days, respectively, between Sept. 9, 2013 and April 24, 2014 without an excuse from Garfield Elementary.
Susan Pritt, East Sixth Street, East Liverpool, was cited with allowing a child to become unruly between Nov. 11, 2013 and April 10, 2014.
Haley Buzzard, Garfield Street, East Liverpool, was cited with allowing two children to become unruly between Sept. 11, 2013 and April 11, 2014.
Michelle and Edward Nichols, Fifth Avenue, East Liverpool, was cited with allowing a child to become unruly between Aug. 27, 2013 and May 2, 2014.
Nickie Derby, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was cited with allowing a child to become unruly between Sept. 25, 2013 and May 7, 2014.
A 16-year-old East Liverpool child was cited with being chronically truant for allegedly missing 43 days of school and being tardy on two additional days.
A 13-year-old East Liverpool child was cited with being chronically truant for reportedly missing 15 days of school.
A 14-year-old East Liverpool child was cited with being chronically truant for reportedly missing 34 days of school.
LISBON – Three Lisbon Schools students – an 11-year-old, a 12-year-old and a 14-year-old – are charged in Columbiana County Juvenile Court with being unruly for allegedly starting or participating in starting two fires in Lisbon on April 12. One fire was reportedly in a house on state Route 45, Lisbon, which is owned by Raymond Perrino, who lives on Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon. The second fire they are accused of setting was in a warehouse on Grant Street, Lisbon, which is owned by Paul Salvino, U.S. Route 62, Salem, and rented by Kurt Vancura, Black Road, Lisbon. In both cases the fires caused more than $1,000 in damages.
A 12-year-old Wellsville child was cited into Jefferson County Juvenile Court for allegedly attempting to harm a school teacher on May 6. The case is being transferred to Columbiana County Juvenile Court.
A 16-year-old Columbiana student is charged with allegedly placing graffiti on both the Funland in Columbiana Firestone Park and onto equipment owned by the Youngstown and Southeastern Railroad on East Park Avenue, Columbiana, on April 12. Additionally, the child is accused of trespassing by walking along the railroad tracks .
A 14-year-old East Liverpool student was cited with harming his mother by pushing her, kicking her and pulling her hair on May 7.
A 16-year-old Salem student is accused of harming his mother by picking her up and throwing her to the floor on May 4.
A 16-year-old United Schools student was cited with being chronically truant for allegedly missing 64 days of school during this school year.
A 16-year-old Salem student was cited with being chronically truant for reportedly missing 29 and a half days this school year.
A 15-year-old Lisbon student is cited with being chronically truant for allegedly missing 19 days of school starting in November.
A Salem boy was cited with being in violation of his probation after leaving home on May 14 and remaining out past curfew time resulting in a report being filed with the Salem police.
A 16-year-old Salem boy was cited with violating the terms of his probation for allegedly leaving home on May 12, failing to attend school and failing to return home, which violated his house arrest.
A 13-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited on May 8 with allegedly failing to obey house rules, being disrespectful and violent.
A 13-year-old Salem girl was cited on May 12 with leaving home without returning, damaging her home and being violent toward family members.
A 16-year-old Leetonia girl is alleged to have violated her probation for leaving to house without permission and testing positive for marijuana use.
A 16-year-old Beaver Local student is alleged to have violated the terms of probation for admitting using marijuana on May 4.
LISBON – A 17-year-old Salem boy was cited into Columbiana County Juvenile Court after reportedly running from his probation officer on April 29.
A 14-year-old Wellsville boy was cited after allegedly stealing money from his mother on May 2, leaving home without permission and not returning until he was located by Wellsville police the following day.
A 14-year-old Toronto boy was cited after reportedly taking a bicycle from the front porch of a home on Leake Street, East Palestine, and riding away.
A 17-year-old Cleveland boy was cited with domestic violence and assault after he allegedly bit the hand of the man he was living with in East Palestine on April 27 and both pushed and spit on a woman in East Palestine.
LISBON – In Columbiana County Juvenile Court a 16-year-old Homeworth child is accused of committing gross sexual imposition by touching another child from 2009, when the other child was 6-years-old, until April 22, 2014.
A 14-year-old Lisbon boy is accused telling others he had a gun and a hit list. Additionally, the boy reportedly indicated he intended to do damage to the school.
Stefanie Zohnd, Columbiana, was cited into juvenile court for allegedly hitting an 8-month-old child in the head causing an injury on Oct. 16, 2012.
Carol Brisbine, Lisbon, was cited into juvenile court for allegedly abusing two children under the age of 18 in September 2013.
A 15-year-old Southern Local boy was cited with pushing his mother and hitting his step-father twice on April 24.
A 16-year-old Salem boy was cited with violating the terms of his probation by refusing to obey his custodian, leaving home and not returning, failing to engage in his school work and admitting to marijuana use.
A 15-year-old New Waterford resident is accused of fighting on April 18 in Salem by throwing another person against a wall, then to the ground and hitting the person in the head.
Two 13-year-old Beaver Local students are accused of being chronically truant or absent by missing school 17 unexcused days beginning on Sept. 13. A 15-year-old Beaver Local student is accused of being chronically absent by missing 18 days of school beginning on Aug. 27.
A 15-year-old Salem child was cited with using profanity, refusing to follow directions, threatening to harm fellow students at the Columbiana County Opportunity School where the child allegedly threw desks, struck a teacher and resisted arrest by Lisbon patrolman all on April 16.
A 16-year-old New Waterford boy is cited with pushing both his mother and another man living in his home. Additionally, he reportedly threatened to kill the man on April 13.
A 16-year-old East Liverpool boy is accused of violating the terms of his probation on April 18, by shoving his mother and leaving home when he was confronted about going to school.
