Salem woman gets prison for trafficking

LISBON – Cristy R. Culler, 36, North Broadway, Salem, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to 18 months in Marysville Reformatory for Women for three counts of trafficking in drugs. Culler sold heroin on both May 21, 2013, and Sept. 9, 2013. She also sold cocaine on Sept. 9, 2013.

In the case of Joseph M. Smith, 28, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, the judgment entry was corrected placing him on four years intervention in lieu of conviction, instead of three as was previously listed in the judgment entry last week. Smith had pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drugs.
