Lisbon man pleads guilty to felonious assault, menacing
LISBON – Richard Parrish, 42, Maple Street, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to felonious assault and aggravated menacing. He faces a maximum sentence of eight and a half years in prison and a $16,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Aug. 22. Parrish reportedly harmed Allen Ingledue with a knife leaving him with a lacerated eyelid and a cut on both his arm and abdomen on Dec. 2 . On the same date he is accused of threatening to harm Gary Holloway or a member of his family.
Kaylinde Rae Stansbury, 31, Old Fredericktown Road, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating her probation on a prior theft conviction. Her probation was continued, but she was ordered to serve an indefinite sentence at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center as part of her probation. Stansbury had stolen a diamond and miscellaneous jewelry from Ashley Martin in October and November 2011 and pleaded guilty to a theft charge. She had been found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and was placed on the program for five years.
Shawn Koontz, 54, Mick Road, Wellsville, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of drugs for psilocyn, hydrocodone and diazepam he had on May 26, 2013. He faces up to two years in prison, a 10-year license suspension and a possible $4,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Aug. 18.
