Lisbon man pleads guilty to trespassing

LISBON – Alvin Carnes, the Lisbon man accused of walking into a home half-naked last August, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to trespassing in a habitation.

Carnes, 30, West Washington Street, Lisbon, faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Aug. 11.

Rebecca S. Lucas, 45, Y and O Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 90 days in jail on two counts of possession of drugs, had her license suspended for six months and placed on four years intensive probation. She was ordered to self report to the county jail on June 9. Lucas had both heroin and cocaine on July 26, 2012.

Cassandra R. Allen, 26, Independence Square, Wellsville, stipulated to violating her intervention in lieu of conviction treatment plan for a possession of drugs conviction stemming from selling cocaine for $150 to a confidential informant in Wellsville on July 23, 2008. She was placed on intensive probation for the same length of time, sent to the Eastern Ohio Correction Center for an indefinite term and had her license suspended for six months.
