Man pleads guilty to possession
LISBON – Ashley L. Reid, 29, Steubenville, pleaded guilty to two counts possession of drugs for having heroin and cocaine on April 12, 2013. The maximum sentence she could be facing is 24 months in prison, a 12-month license suspension and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Aug. 8.
Casey L. Thomas, 38, Cleveland Avenue, East Liverpool, was found to have violated the terms of her probation from convictions on April 10, 2008 of theft and receiving stolen property. According to court documents she stole various drugs from Maple-Cotton EMS on Aug. 27, 2007 and had a credit card belonging to Domenic Pesutti on July 6, 2007. After the conviction she was placed on four years probation. On Friday, she was sentenced to six months in prison, but then granted credit for more than 180 days already served in jail. She was released.
Anthony J. Pugliano Jr., 35, Mohican Trail, Negley, who has served 148 days of an 180-day jail sentence, was granted early release. Pugliano was convicted of assault for punching Larry White in the face in Tony’s Bar on Feb. 17, 2013.
