Man sentenced to 3 years for drug possession

LISBON – Dymond D. Ortello, 28, Youngstown, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to three years in prison, but credited with 109 days already served. Ortello had pleaded guilty in March to tampering with evidence and two counts of possession of drugs for 10 grams of heroin and 1.2 grams of cocaine, each with a forfeiture specification for digital scales and $338 on Oct. 27, 2011.

Kevin G. Theodore, 30, Youngstown, was sentenced to nine month in prison for trafficking in cocaine. The time was ordered to be served consecutive to additional time he is serving in a case from Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.

Donald A. Huff, 34, Plymouth Place, Salem, pleaded guilty this week to possession of drugs for cocaine on June 8, 2010. He faces up to 12 months in prison, a five year license suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Aug. 11.
