Salem man pleads guilty to burglary of dental office

LISBON – David Tedder, 50, last known address Rose Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to burglary, a second-degree felony charge. He faces a possible maximum sentence of eight years and up to a $15,000 fine.

Tedder reportedly broke into the Dental Health Group in Salem on June 2, 2013, going in through the basement door, breaking the glass to gain entry. Prosecutors believe Tedder was looking for drugs. The building was occupied by an employee of the Dental Health Group at the time of the break in.

Sentencing is set for Aug. 14.
