East Palestine woman faces burglary charge; 3 men charged with drug offenses
LISBON – Cheryl D. Green, 49, May Street, East Palestine, was served a secret indictment on a burglary charge. Green is accused of trespassing in the home of Shanda Pipes, Florence Street, East Liverpool, on May 29, with the intent to commit a criminal offense.
Michael A. Lujan, 26, Cannons Mill Road, East LIverpool, was served a secret indictment for two counts of possession of drugs. Lujan allegedly had dimethyltryptamine and 25I-NBOMe on March 29. Both drugs are hallucinogenics.
Joshua D. Butler, 30, last known address West Pine Lake Road, Salem, was served a secret indictment for possession of drugs for allegedly having oxycodon on Feb. 17.
Gerald A. Dipanfilo, 61, East State Street, Salem, was served a secret indictment for possession of drugs for allegedly having less than five grams of cocaine on April 17.
All four indictments were issued by the county grand jury in July.
