Man admits violating terms of probation for burglary
LISBON – In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Jonathan P. Cunning, 23, East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, stipulated to violating terms and conditions of his probation, which was terminated dishonorably. He was sentenced to 30 months in prison for burglary and safecracking. He had been tampering with a safe belonging to Glenn Wells in June 2011. He was granted credit for 97 days served.
Stefan L. White was sentenced to six months in jail and 30 months probation after pleading guilty to possession of drugs. Cocaine was found in his possession on Sept. 11, 2013.
Jason R. Monter was sentenced to six months in jail and 30 months probation after pleading guilty to theft. He stole diazepam and alprazolam on Sept. 30, 2013.
