Rogers man gets probation in break-in
LISBON – A Rogers-area man was placed on probation for breaking into an East Liverpool gas station last year.
James D. Heath, 21, of Dyke Road, previously pleaded guilty as charged to breaking into the BP station in East Liverpool on Jan. 6, 2013. He broke into through a rear window and stole cigarettes, energy drinks and lottery tickets.
Common Pleas Court Judge C. Ashley Pike granted Heath credit for the 141 days he spent in the county jail while awaiting disposition of the case and then sentenced him to four years probation.
