Woman pleads guilty to unauthorized use connected to Lotto ticket case

LISBON – In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Tuesday, Rouz A. Elkady, 36, New Road, Austintown, pleaded guilty to one count of complicity to unauthorized use of property, and was sentenced by Judge Scott Washam to two years probation. The charges stem from her involvement in assisting Saleh M. Fahmawi and Ashraf M. Fahmawi in the unauthorized use of an Ohio Lottery ticket.

Michelle L. Davison, 37, South Green Street, Lisbon, stipulated to violating her probation. Washam extended her probation for a year. She was on probation due to a theft conviction in 2010.

Douglas P. Hunter, 49, Darlington Road, Darlington, Pa., pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs. The charges involved him selling alprazolam on Oct. 14 and Oct. 31, 2013. He is facing up to two years in prison, a 10-year license suspension, and fines of up to $5,000 when he is sentenced Aug. 15.

Justin M. McGhee, 26, Sharon Lynn Drive, Salem, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drugs. He was sentenced to three years intervention program. McGhee had marijuana in his possession on Nov. 15, 2013.

Meghan L. Dickey, 27, Washington Street, Salineville, pleaded guilty to one count of safecracking and one count of theft. She was sentenced to three years intervention program. Charges involved her forcing entry into a safe and obtain more than $1,000 worth of coins, collectables and memorabilia belonging to Rick Beadle on Jan. 3, 2014.
