Lisbon man gets probation for trespass in home

LISBON – In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Alvin W. Carnes, 30, West Washington Street, Lisbon, was placed on four years intensive probation for trespassing in a habitation. Carnes, wearing only a T-shirt on Aug. 27, 2013, ran uninvited into the home of Andrew Warrington and Theren Pearson, South Lincoln Avenue, Lisbon, when they were both at home. Carnes had pleaded guilty to the charge in June.

John Prager Jr., 47, last known address New Cumberland, W.Va., was sentenced to five years probation after he previously pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and tampering with evidence. Court documents state Prager on May 4, 2013, attempted to conceal cocaine in his possession by throwing a container of it to avoid police finding it.
